Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the PROOF website or buy the PROOF spreadsheet. PROOF is operated by Guna (“we”, “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

What you get

The plan builder is free to use. For a one-time payment of ₹99 (inclusive of any applicable taxes), you get a personalised spreadsheet (XLSX file) built from your answers, which you can open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. It is a digital product delivered as an immediate download in your browser. Nothing is shipped and there is no subscription.

Your licence

You may use, edit and keep your spreadsheet for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, or the PROOF framework and site content, as your own product.

No guarantee of results

PROOF is a planning and tracking tool. It turns the goals you choose into targets and averages; it does not promise that you will reach them. Targets, milestones and suggestions are reference points calculated from your own inputs, not forecasts. PROOF is not medical, financial, legal or professional advice. Check with a qualified professional before making health, fitness or financial changes.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We confirm every payment with Razorpay before delivering the spreadsheet. If a payment fails, you are not charged; if money is debited but you don’t receive your file, contact us with your payment ID and we will deliver it or refund you. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Keeping your file

We don’t store your plan or spreadsheet. You can download it again from the same browser while its saved data is intact. Please keep a copy of the downloaded file somewhere safe.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to bypass payment, interfere with the service, or access it by automated means beyond normal browsing.

Liability

The site and spreadsheet are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to PROOF is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
